Better Fishing Rods 1.2.0

-Fishing Rods from Any Mod now work with Mod and have a Leveling  System and everything else

-Reduced the Drops and changed a tiny bit of the Math to reduce the drops with Fishing Level and Luck of the Sea

-Now Enchantment Upgrades are sent to the Player instead of the Hotbar which most of time you couldn't see because of the leveling system
