-Completely changed the mini-boss with summoning powers

the custom structure needed, to spawn in(check-in images)

new moves such as spawning TNT and summoning W skeletons

When dies it spawns an evoker,2 W skeletons, and Phantoms

targets creature type mobs and Golems

-New items Neymoo Leather and Neymoo Ingot(useless at the moment, features will come)

-New food Jumbo Cookie best tool against the Neymoo(Neymoo when Cliding with, sets hunger to 1 bunch)

-2 New blocks Eye Lantern and Structure Lantern (needed to make the Neymoo structure)

-Added support to stone cutters with Levide and Delting
